It's always Wine O'clock. Tour Aes Ambelis' amazing winery that follows the winemaking process from grapes to glass. During the tour you can explore the surrounding vineyard and the inner workings of the winery, including fermentation and barrel aging and conclude the overall experience with a seated tasting of their selection of wines. You will have the unique opportunity to taste over 10 wines in the tasting hall that overlooks, the barrel aging cellar from one side , and the beautiful Pitsilia mountains, from the other side. The tasting will be accompanied with a plate of artisanal cheese and bread from local traditional producers.
